The Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV Program) makes available 55,000 permanent resident visas annually to people from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. To enter the DV Program, you must be a native of an eligible country and meet certain other eligibility requirements. The DV Program is administered by the U.S. Department of State.

You can file an I-90 green card renewal form either online or you can complete a paper form.
